—Bookings are only secured once the deposit has been received.
—The remaining balance is payable before or on the event date, prior to equipment handover.
—Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation within the agreed notice period.
Responsibility & Liability▼
—The client accepts full responsibility for all rented equipment from delivery or collection until return.
—Any loss, theft, or damage will be charged at replacement or repair cost.
—Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose and operated responsibly.
—Equipment may not be moved, altered, or sub-rented without prior approval.
Damage, Loss & Misuse▼
—The client is liable for damage caused by misuse or negligence, exposure to rain, water, dust or extreme heat, power surges or incorrect power supply, and guests or third parties.
—Normal wear and tear excluded.
Venue & Power▼
—The client must ensure safe, dry and secure placement of equipment, adequate power supply, and protection from weather and unauthorised access.
—We reserve the right to refuse setup or operation if conditions are deemed unsafe.
Collection & Late Returns▼
—Equipment must be returned at the agreed time.
—Late returns may result in additional rental charges.
—Collection times must be clearly arranged in advance.
Indemnity▼
—The client indemnifies and holds harmless the service provider against any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of rented equipment during the rental period.
